Staff is very rude and not helpful. I try to support small business but this is a store that makes it tough. You don't know what you get when you go into a small business. When I went in the store the person was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not go back even though that means an extra 15 minute drive for me. The extra time driving to a different store is worth it if I do not have to put up with condescending store employees. I will be spreading the word locally as well. Never again!
Has good stuff for bowfishing
Friendly staff but that don't help the fact it took over two weeks to restring my Mathews especially when I purchased a new Mathews Razor at the same time... They said they would do a basic close sight in for me on both. However, when the bows were picked up they laughed and said we shoot different than you and we cannot do that.. Other bow shops I've been to will and they tell you it may need to be adjusted some after you shoot it. Either way at least they don't lie that they would and then did not! I changed my rating from 3 to 2.. After I got home I realized the not so older Mathews I had restrung wasn't cleaned up like the lady there promised. That's two lies told to me for $135 restring..pre-sight in and cleaning up the old bow. Don't say your going to do something for a customer and then after he prepaid for it all not do it.. I was ripped off. Great Mathews line of bows but poor customers service based on lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never spend a dime in that punks store again. He is a man with no respect for customers. Asking quetions and got a very rud attitude. Said this man is buying a gun your not. I was buying a couple crows bows $1500 worth of stuff screw you hook and crook i have spent money in their before and i won't spend another dime there. I'll spend my hard earned money else where
