With my older child, Craig Starnes failed to pull a baby tooth that was causing an adult tooth (front top tooth) to come in sideways. Craig Starnes said the adult tooth would "fall into place once the baby tooth came out." Our new dentist in JC said it should have come out. So my older kid had braces at age 8 for the front top teeth, just to get the sideways tooth fixed.
He failed to diagnosis a cavity in my four year old, whom I'd brought in to be checked due to complaints of tooth pain. My child had been receiving regular checkups since the age of 2. Craig Starnes said it was simply molars coming in. A week later, with a profoundly swollen face, my child was seen again, to be diagnosed with an abscessed tooth.
Dr. Mack is the new dentist that took over for Dr. Starnes. She is wonderful. I wasn't sure how she would do as the new dentist, but she was kind, patient and very professional. I highly recommend her!
